By accessing or using Gaffer's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using Gaffer on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

**Registration:** You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. Keep your login credentials secure.

**Age Requirement:** You must be at least 18 years old to use Gaffer.

**Account Security:** You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

**One Account Per User:** Each user should have their own account. Sharing login credentials is prohibited.

You agree not to:

- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws - Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service - Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers - Scrape, crawl, or spider any part of the service - Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications - Impersonate any person or entity - Collect or store personal data about other users without consent

**Subscription:** Gaffer operates on a subscription basis. Pricing is available on our website.

**Billing Cycle:** Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, in advance.

**Payment Methods:** We accept major credit cards and direct debit via Stripe.

**Price Changes:** We may change prices with 30 days' notice. Changes apply at your next billing cycle.

**Refunds:** Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Annual subscriptions may be refunded pro-rata within 30 days.

**Late Payment:** Accounts with overdue payments may be suspended or terminated.

**Ownership:** You retain ownership of all data you upload to Gaffer.

**License:** You grant us a license to host, store, and display your data to provide the service.

**Backups:** We maintain regular backups, but you are responsible for your own backup copies.

**Export:** You can export your data at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support.

**Deletion:** Upon account termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, unless legally required to retain.

**Uptime:** We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

**Maintenance:** We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible.

**Modifications:** We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

**Support:** Support is available via email and chat during business hours. Response times depend on your plan.

**By You:** You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

**By Us:** We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay.

**Effect of Termination:** Upon termination, your access ends immediately. You may request data export before termination.

**Survival:** Sections on liability, indemnification, and disputes survive termination.

**Disclaimer:** Gaffer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

**Liability Cap:** Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

**Exclusions:** We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

**Force Majeure:** We are not liable for failures beyond our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you retain rights under your local consumer protection laws.
